Do you provide free quotes?
We provide a free fit check. If you require a detailed response, document review, or a brief site inspection and quote, that is handled as a paid diagnostic from $200.
Can you just come out and have a quick look?
For serious matters, a quick look without documents often creates more ambiguity. We usually start with a fit check, then a paid diagnostic if time on site is required.
Do you offer sample reports?
No. All reports are unique to the site and issues
Can you tell me if I’ll win a dispute?
No. We provide technical opinion and reporting; legal strategy and prospects should be handled by your lawyer.
I don’t have all the documents - can I still enquire?
Yes. Submit what you have. If the matter is suitable, we’ll tell you what missing items matter most.
Do you work on unit/apartment building defects?
We can assist with defect investigations on unit buildings in some contexts. However, we do not accept Owners Corporation matters that require registered-person reporting under the DBP framework for NCAT pathways.
How fast can you respond?
We aim to respond promptly. Timelines depend on workload and the completeness of the information provided.
